Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing and will take effect immediately upon such notification.


9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to the services provided by Expat Businesses Accounting Co. L.L.C. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
